• By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

4. Prescription Medicines

• Prescription medicines shall be dispensed strictly against a valid prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner.

• DailyDava reserves the right to verify, accept, reject, or cancel any order if the prescription provided is invalid, unclear, expired, incomplete, or non-compliant with applicable laws.

5. Orders and Payments

• Orders may be placed through the website, mobile application, or other authorized communication channels.

• Prices, availability, discounts, and offers are subject to change without prior notice and may vary by location.

• All payments are subject to verification and confirmation before order processing.

6. Digital Invoice Policy

• As part of our commitment to environmentally sustainable practices, printed invoices are not provided with courier deliveries.

• Customers may access and download their invoices digitally by scanning the QR code on the address label or through their registered account on the Platform.

7. Delivery

• Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond DailyDava’s control, including logistics partner delays, weather conditions, or regulatory restrictions.

• DailyDava shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

8. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, expired, or incorrectly supplied products, subject to verification.

• Returns of prescription medicines shall be governed strictly by applicable laws.

• Approved refunds shall be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable time.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts having jurisdiction over District Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform.
